Precision Induction Heating Solutions for Industry

Custom-engineered induction systems, single-purpose machines, and industrial software. From concept to commissioning, we deliver complete solutions backed by 15+ years of expertise.

Induction heating system

What is Induction Heating?

Induction heating uses electromagnetic fields to heat conductive materials without direct contact. It is fast, precise, repeatable, and energy-efficient.

How does induction heating work?

An alternating current flows through a coil (inductor), creating a rapidly changing magnetic field. When a conductive workpiece is placed inside this field, eddy currents are induced, generating heat directly within the material.

What are the advantages?

No contact with the workpiece, precise temperature control, fast heating cycles (often seconds), high repeatability, minimal oxidation, energy efficiency up to 90%, and easy automation integration.

What applications is it used for?

Hardening, brazing, soldering, melting, forging preheat, shrink fitting, annealing, tempering, bonding, curing, and many more. Used across automotive, aerospace, energy, and general manufacturing.

Why choose RillFEM?

We design complete systems from scratch — power source, inductor, cooling, automation, and control. FEM simulation ensures optimal design before manufacturing. Over 200 systems delivered.
