About the company

RillFEM s.r.o. is an engineering company based in Pilsen, Czech Republic, specializing in induction technology, single-purpose machines and industrial software. We combine numerical simulation with practical implementation — from electromagnetic model to finished equipment.

15+ years of experience
200+ completed projects
30+ industrial partners
3D electromagnetic simulation of induction heating

We bridge simulation and implementation

Every project starts with a numerical model — electromagnetic, thermal and structural analysis allows us to optimize the design before the first prototype.

The result is equipment that works correctly from the first connection. Fewer iterations, faster delivery, lower costs.

Our Work
Induction heating — hardening

What is induction heating

Induction heating is a non-contact method of heating electrically conductive materials using an alternating electromagnetic field. The induced current (eddy current) heats the material directly from within — quickly, precisely and repeatably. It is used in hardening, brazing, heating, metal melting and thermal processing.
